GET MY FOOD UK | KFC UK & IRELAND | YUM GROUP
Get My Food UK would like to let customers know that we are in no way supported or endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with KFC, any KFC franchises or franchisee's and any or all of the YUM! Group as a whole and any or all subsidiaries.
The offers that are shown that state GMF UK offers are offered by GMF UK and not by KFC, or with the knowledge of KFC and are made up by summing the amount all items would cost individually at GMF UK price, comparing this to the store price of KFC and then allowing a discount that would reflect an offer.
Get My Food UK do inflate KFC prices. The prices are inflated by a margin, and then there is a service fee applicable. Although the service fee is called delivery fee, depending on the type of outlet would depend whether GMF UK couriers are collecting or delivering at the time.
It is important to note that the majority of major franchises apart from Subway are not sponsored endorsed or affiliated with GMF UK and as such GMF UK get no leeway on pricing and as such add a small amount on per price to cover the cost of the order. This small cost goes a long way to covering any issues, refunds or discounts applicable to customers, covers as well as software and app updates, and other operational costs, and for the recruitment and provision of couriers to deliver the food. Rather than try and rip off people left right and centre we do add a small fee on top of products sometimes up to £1 a product or more, but out of this profitwise GMF UK make very little indeed.
The cost of the service fee is directly payable to the courier for providing the service enabling GMF UK to provide a courier for your order and the courier is effectively hired by customers to act on their behalf at the time of purchase. When ordering a collection or a delivery the service fee is applicable and as such has been called delivery on the website in places, and named delivery fee on the checkout.
Should any complaints arise or any other issue with your order it is imperative you get in touch with GMF UK in the first instance. As GMF UK are your agent we are also ultimately liable for any orders that may be incorrect or for any other reason. GMF UK are responsible and liable for placing your order at the restaurant and ensuring that it is packed as requested. As the agents of GMF UK are not and cannot always be food hygiene verified, it is the policy for couriers never to go into a customers bag and to take the bag to you the customer as we have received at the store.
This may result in some wrong orders, some with missing items. We do ask, we do get them to check. But were simply human transporters of your food as packed in store. And in most cases if our courier has got your driver interpreted correctly, then if you had collected in person you may have had to gone back to the store anyway.
GMF UK do fully investigate all complaints, and where there is right to additional items GMF UK often replace these free of charge (if you live outside our standard delivery range, you may have to pay a small delivery fee to cover additional mileage).
As we like to ensure of a satisfactory resolution GMF UK will also in cases offer refunds of the products in full plus small tokens of compensation for the inconvenience of the missing items. Or the customer is welcome to claim a voucher to use off their next purchase through Get My Food UK.
Get My Food UK would then take this up with KFC store if it was them that were ascertained to be liable, either in order to replace your missing items which we would then attend or in order let them know of the issue so it can be recorded and logged.

For any orders placed by GMF UK whereby allergen information has been given GMF UK will do our utmost to get your order as requested. Please remember to include as much information for the courier as possible so they know what how and which way to get your order. As GMF UK do not touch, prepare or pack your food, we cannot guarantee the contents within your food, however we do request your food as directed and this should also come as directed. Always check your food before eating to ensure it's been made correctly.
In all instances where you believe your product could be contaminated in any way we would recommend not ordering the products in question in order to prevent any risk of illness as a result of any errors that are made whether liabilities were down to KFC or GMF UK.
You may see images from time to time and we would like to point out the KFC logo is trademarked and is the rightful property of KFC. Rather than using Google's directory of 151,000,000 images under the search term "!KFC logo" we use a licensed website that offers these as stock royalty images and pay a premium in order to source the majority of images sourced. We respect KFC and the brand and we never claim to work with, for, on behalf of, and as already stated we never claim to be affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by KFC in any way either. KFC do have knowledge of our service in which they state we need to remove images, and we are awaiting our request for KFC to provide images they are happy for us to use instead.
Get My Food UK and any of the brands, entities or couriers, will never claim to be a delivery company where this is outside the scope of the business in which GMF UK provides.
GMF UK work on behalf of customers as collection agents to collect orders for customers and to act on their behalf from the time of the order to the time of completion.
All orders placed by customers are between the customer and GMF UK and as such the service fees, prices payable, and other costs, are set by GMF UK and not any of the franchises or other stores currently working with, unless stated otherwise, which would be on the home screen before entering the store, and within the info tabs of each store.
All orders are completed by GMF UK who accept sole responsibility for any food that is transported and is incorrect at the receiving end by the customer except for where it can be shown that the stores are liable for the errors, in which case the customer is reimbursed by way of GMF UK store vouchers, and GMF UK will take up the complaint with the outlet.
Issues and mistakes may and can occur, and should any customer have any problems they are asked to contact Get My Food UK by emailing [email protected] and the team will respond within 1 business day.
For anything more important, please message the local Facebook GMF UK page for the location and one of our representatives will endeavour to get back to customers asap but may take up to 1 business day to respond depending on circumstances or staffing and monitoring of the social networks.
Refunds are normally dealt with by way of store GMF UK discounts or GMF UK Store Discounts, and it’s in rare and extreme circumstances that orders may be repaid in full, including should errors occur that are not of fault of the customer, and when orders are not completed.
In these cases we ask customers to email [email protected] and they can get in touch with our team who will aim to respond within 1 business day and aim to rectify any situations to the best in which they can.
In all cases, customers are asked to report any issues to [email protected] as the service is a third party service, and as such the stores are not responsible for rectifying or dealing with complaints, orders, refunds or costs or any other queries in relation to Get My Food UK.
